Solar activity was low. Region 3409 (N22W63, Bxo/beta) produced a C3.7/Sf flare at 20/0607 UTC, the largest of the period. A Type II radio sweep (est. 488 km/s) was observed around the same time but looked to be associated with activity on the NW limb. Departed Region 3410 (S30, L=271) produced a C3.3 flare at 20/1232 UTC. C-class activity was also present on or behind the E limb. No significant growth was observed in any of the regions on the visible disk. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is high, making retrograde effects significantly increased!
Solar wind parameters contained an enhancement in total magnetic field strength (Bt) during which a rotation in phi angle was observed. This suggested a transient feature was present. Bt increased to a maximum of 9 nT and the Bz component reached as far south as -6 nT. Bz rotated northward after 20/0200 UTC. Solar wind speeds remained elevated, with a notable enhancement from ~500 km/s to over 650 km/s that began after 20/0500 UTC. Phi angle was predominantly oriented in the negative sector but was variable between 19/1807-20/0235 UTC.
There is a 35% chance of solar activity, with a 5% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Well, well, well, folks! Gather round, gather round. The Moon's decided to vacation in Libra, and she's all about balance, harmony, peace, and love, man. You know how she rolls... or orbits, technically speaking. She's 398,660.399990310km away - I mean, talk about long-distance relationships, am I right? But don't get too cozy with Libra's diplomatic vibes, 'cause this lunar lady isn't a stickler for staying put. In fact, within the next 24 hours, she's going to pack her cosmic suitcase and moonwalk her way into Scorpio's territory. So what's this mean for you? Well, while the Moon's hanging out in Libra, take a leaf out of her astronomy book and strive for equilibrium in your life. That could be as simple as balancing a spoon on your nose (not recommended during business meetings) or as complex as finding a middle ground between your love for Star Trek and Star Wars. Remember, we're not just talking about balancing your checkbook here, but the fine art of juggling the complexities of life, like trying to remember all the names of the Doctor's companions while simultaneously debating if Pluto should regain its planetary status. So, go ahead, embrace the celestial vibes of the Moon in Libra, but be prepared for some stinging truths tomorrow when she dives into the deep, mysterious waters of Scorpio. And remember, my stargazing friends, we are all just specks of dust in this grand cosmic circus. But hey, some of us specks can do the Vulcan salute, so there's that. Live long and prosper!Mercury is in Virgo
Mercury is prograde at 21 Vir 33' 06", moving at 0.23 degrees per day, and is 109885200km away and approaching.
Mercury Is In Virgo
Mercury Takes the Virgo Vortex
Listen up, stargazers! Mercury, our beloved cosmic chatterbox, has packed its bags and moved into the sensible neighborhood of Virgo. Now, you might be thinking, "Great, I've got to deal with an overly particular planet who's probably going to nag me about how I fold my laundry." Well, you're not entirely wrong, but let's not jump into the black hole of despair just yet. As Mercury moonwalks its way through Virgo, we all get a cosmic upgrade to our mental processors. Think of it as shifting from dial-up to fiber optics. Your mind is going to be so sharp, you could probably split an atom with your thoughts. You're not interested in any fluffy talk either; you're after the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Our communication style during this transit is like a well-tuned lightsaber, cutting straight to the point. Virgo's got a knack for sifting through the cosmic muck, discarding the unnecessary, and homing in on the essentials. So, if someone tries to bury the lead, you'll be there, ready to dig it up with your bare hands and a teaspoon. You're likely going to see productivity skyrocket. I'm talking Elon Musk launching a Tesla Roadster into space kind of progress. No more running around in conversational circles or getting trapped in the nebula of never-ending ideas. You're zooming straight into the details, armed with a magnifying glass and a Sherlock Holmes hat. However - and please pay attention to this part, folks - while this transit takes your discernment powers to an intergalactic level, there's a chance you might slip into the dark side. Criticism can become your spaceship's default setting. Remember, nobody likes a fault finder, especially one who points out that their socks don't match their outfit. Let's try to keep our opinions as tactful as possible when communicating under this starlit sign. So, let's take a deep breath, channel our inner Spock, and ride this Mercury in Virgo wave with grace and precision, and perhaps a bit of humor. Who knows? Maybe by the end, we'll have figured out why exactly the chicken crossed the road. Or at least, we'll have made some real progress in our own cosmic journey.Venus is in Leo
Venus is retrograde at 15 Leo 54' 58", moving backwards at 0.51 degrees per day, and is 44450852km away and receding.
Venus Is In Leo
Well, well, well. Look who just sashayed into the celestial party - it's Venus, and she's strutting her stuff in Leo. Now, buckle up, because when Venus, the goddess of love, shimmies into Leo, the zodiac's resident drama queen, things are about to get spicy, my friend. Picture this: you’re at a cosmic karaoke bar, and Venus is belting out love ballads while donning a full-sequin bodysuit under a disco light. That's the energy we're working with here. It's all about expressing your love louder than a Star Trek fan at a convention. And subtlety? Ha! As elusive as an unopened comic book at a nerd gathering! Craving for adoration will be as intense as a Star Wars fan's disdain for Jar Jar Binks. So, no wallflowers allowed! It's time for grand romantic gestures, like hiring a skywriter to confess your love or creating a mathematical theorem that proves your feelings (just remember to show your workings). But with great passion comes great… tantrums. Leo loves drama more than a physicist loves quantum entanglement. If you're not getting enough attention, you might be tempted to start your own Big Bang. But remember: if you spend all your time thinking 'me, me, me', you might end up in a universe of one. And speaking of universes, expect your pocket universe (also known as your wallet) to take a hit. With Leo’s love of extravagance, you'll want to shower your loved ones (and yourself) with the kind of luxury that would make a Ferengi drool. But remember, Leo's generosity is as immense as a black hole, so sharing the love (and the cash) will bring more joy than a Tribble on a starship. So, my comrade in cosmic journey, let Venus in Leo be your nudge to re-energize your relationships like a warp core reactor. And remember, there's no shame in a bit of fun and excitement. After all, what's life without a little pizzazz? As Spock would say, "Live long and prosper." But with Venus in Leo, I'd add, "And do it fabulously!"Mars is in Virgo
Mars is prograde at 25 Vir 58' 60", moving at 0.64 degrees per day, and is 367332769km away and receding.
Mars Is In Virgo
As Gaius Baltar:Martian Invasion of Virgo
Attention all space enthusiasts, the long-awaited celestial drama is finally unfolding! Mars, the fiery red planet of "just do it," has sidled into Virgo, the celestial embodiment of "get it done, and get it done right." So, strap in, folks! It's like your favorite cosmic buddy cop film...except, instead of fighting intergalactic crime, they're organizing your life. Hoo-rah!
Virgo, that meticulous maiden, is having a house party in the 6th House - the Health and Self-Improvement zone. And guess who's the guest of honor? That’s right! Mars, with its red-hot determination, is crashing the party. This could be the time when you suddenly feel the urge to make kale smoothies, sign up for yoga class, or just generally reassess your lifestyle. And the best part? With Mars in Virgo, the changes you implement are more likely to stick around than your New Year's resolutions.
Now, as with all good things, there's a downside. Mars and Virgo together can turn you into the Sherlock Holmes of nitpicking, with an aggressive streak. Your tolerance for inefficiency could drop lower than the temperatures on Pluto. And beware, friends, of turning this perfection-seeking missile inward. Being self-critical is like trying to teach quantum physics to a goldfish--it's bound to end in frustration. So, let's put our interstellar patience pants on, cut everyone (including ourselves) some slack, and avoid unnecessary conflicts.
Instead of playing the blame game, let's harness this cosmic energy to do something productive. Mars in Virgo is like having your personal cosmic assistant, helping you balance your budget, plan for the future, learn a new trade, or even hunt for a job. It's basically the celestial equivalent of a Swiss army knife. So, whether it's launching a new project or taking care of personal business, there’s no better time than now!
In conclusion, my star-gazing friends, Mars in Virgo is like your favorite motivational speaker and life coach rolled into one, but with way cooler space credentials. So, take advantage of this stellar opportunity and remember: the universe is working for you, not against you. Even when it feels like it's light years away.
Jupiter is in Taurus
Jupiter is prograde at 15 Tau 14' 41", moving at 0.05 degrees per day, and is 694451853km away and approaching.
Jupiter Is In Taurus
Well, hello there, celestial seekers! Gather 'round the galaxy campfire because Uncle Obi-Wan has a star-spangled scoop for you. Our big, gassy friend Jupiter has parked its cosmic caravan in the grounded, pleasure-seeking sign of Taurus. And let me tell you, it's like mixing Yoda's wisdom with Chewbacca's stubbornness – things are about to get interesting! Let's put it in Tatooine terms. Jupiter is like the Luke Skywalker of planets – always looking for knowledge and adventure. Meanwhile, Taurus is more like Jabba the Hutt, lounging around, enjoying life's luxuries, and resisting change like it's an unexpected visit from a couple of droids. Put 'em together and you've got a strange, but fruitful alliance. Jupiter in Taurus is like discovering a hidden Rebel base full of resources – it's a chance to really make your dreams hyperspace jump towards reality. So, grab your lightsabers, make your action plan, and start slicing through those goals like they're harmless training remotes. As for prosperity, this planetary alignment is like finding a load of credits in a long-forgotten Jedi robe. Jupiter, the planet-sized lucky charm, paired with Taurus, the Wall Street Bull of the zodiac, could lead to some serious financial gains. Just remember not to go spending it all on Death Star blueprints or Ewok collectibles. Remember, though, Taurus has a tendency to indulge like a Wookiee at a buffet. So, when Jupiter comes around, it's best to keep your impulsiveness in check or you might find yourself swimming in as much debt as the Empire after rebuilding their space station for the umpteenth time. So, my fellow space travelers, during this cosmic transit, remember to keep your feet grounded, your will strong, and your heart open to the wisdom that's been with you all along. And may the Force (and Jupiter in Taurus) be with you!Saturn is in Pisces

Saturn Is In Pisces
Saturn in Pisces: Cosmic Chore List
Alright folks, listen up! Saturn, the stern taskmaster of the cosmos, is currently doing its version of a backstroke through Pisces, the zodiac's dreamy, otherworldly realm. Now, I know what you're thinking, "Saturn, what could you possibly want with my daydreams and fantasies?" Well, let me tell you – this celestial odd couple is about to give your dreams a reality makeover.
Saturn in Pisces is like having a strict yet surprisingly insightful life coach move into your subconscious. You know, that part of your brain that’s usually reserved for pondering whether unicorns could actually exist or contemplating the nutritional value of Martian soil (just me?). This planetary prodding is here to whip your whimsical ideas into shape. So, dust off that novel outline or business model you’ve been sketching on napkins - it’s time to actually make it happen!
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this transit is easy. Imagine if your dad decided to clean your room... including that 'mysterious' drawer you keep locked at all times. Initially, you might feel invaded, defensive, even a bit embarrassed. But trust me on this, Saturn isn’t here to judge or reprimand - it's here to guide and organize. So, open that door, invite Saturn in, and listen to what it has to say (I promise, it's for your own good).
Another thing to note, Saturn in Pisces can stir up some restless energy. It's like having too much caffeine before bed - you're tired, but your mind won’t stop churning out thoughts faster than a popcorn machine. To counteract this, engage in activities that promote tranquility. Meditate, take long walks (preferably not in space), practice deep breathing, or indulge in a siesta. And don’t forget to keep a dream journal handy because, who knows, your next brilliant idea may come to you in the form of a dream where you’re riding a unicorn on Mars (hey, anything's possible!).
So, buckle up, stargazers! Saturn in Pisces is here to turn your dreams into realities. Remember, the universe doesn't give us challenges we're not equipped to handle. Even if those challenges involve a whole lot of cosmic spring cleaning!
Uranus is in Taurus
Uranus is prograde at 23 Tau 02' 59", moving at 0.01 degrees per day, and is 2920403563km away and approaching.
Uranus Is In Taurus
Uranus in Taurus: Buckle Up, Buttercup!
Hold on to your lab goggles, my celestial friends, because Uranus is doing a cosmic cha-cha in Taurus and it's about to stir up some stardust! Now, we all know that Taurus prefers to chillax in its comfort zone, like a hobbit with a full pantry. But here comes Uranus, the zodiac's resident rebel, playing a game of planetary pinball and turning everything topsy-turvy! It's like suddenly discovering your favorite microbrewery has been taken over by aliens who only serve kombucha. You can resist the change, but let's face it, those aliens make a mean 'booch!
As Taurus' main gig is money (think Scrooge McDuck swimming in his gold coins), Uranus's arrival might just take that gold and turn it into Bitcoin, or space credits, or whatever the cool kids are using these days. Banks could morph into futuristic AI entities, housing markets might do a somersault, and stock exchanges... well, let's just say you'd better be ready for some Wall Street wizardry!
On a personal level, Uranus in Taurus is like that quirky cousin who convinces you to sell all your belongings and live in a van. It's time to shake off the shackles of traditional finance—debt, taxes, credit card interest, rent, mortgages, and that expensive latte addiction. The Universe is urging us to Marie Kondo our financial lives. Does that student loan spark joy? No? Well, let's find a way to ditch it! This is our chance to redefine our relationship with money and material possessions. Resistance is futile, folks. It's time for a cosmic financial makeover.
But don't panic! Uranus isn't just here to wreak havoc; it's also about liberation. Although the journey might feel like riding a rollercoaster blindfolded, once we embrace the change, we just might find ourselves in a place of greater stability. So tighten those seatbelts, because this ride is going to last for seven years. And remember, in the grand cosmic joke, the Universe always has the last laugh!
Neptune is in Pisces
Neptune is retrograde at 27 Pis 02' 06", moving backwards at 0.02 degrees per day, and is 4341150474km away and approaching.
Neptune Is In Pisces
Alrighty then, listen up folks because your friendly neighborhood astrologer is about to drop some cosmic wisdom. Now, I know what you're thinking, "What's this Neptune in Pisces business all about?" Well, my star-gazing compadres, it's a bit like when you accidentally put your glasses in the fridge and spend half an hour looking for them. It's confusing, but once you find them, everything suddenly comes into sharp, albeit cold, focus. Neptune, that distant blue blob 4,341,182,272.786767006km away (give or take a few hundred kilometers), is doing the backstroke in the constellation of Pisces. And let me tell you, when Neptune hits Pisces, it's like a meeting of Spock and Yoda. Logic meets intuition, reality merges with the ethereal, and somehow it all makes sense. This planetary tango gives us the power to see through the foggy lens of daily annoyances and realize that arguing over who left the cap off the toothpaste is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Instead, we're encouraged to unite, to find common ground, and maybe even share a pizza. So, this cosmic meetup is like a galactic summons. It's asking you, yes you, what can you bring to the table? Maybe it's your mom's secret brownie recipe, or perhaps it's your uncanny ability to always find the remote control. Whatever it is, your unique gifts are needed now more than ever. Neptune in Pisces is also a golden ticket to explore your spiritual side. No, I'm not talking about joining a cult. I mean delving into whatever speaks to your soul. Maybe it’s yoga, meditation, or even interpretative dance. The important thing is to find what resonates with you and then, just like a proud cat bringing home a mouse, share it with the world. So, in the immortal words of Bill Nye the Science Guy, "It's not magic, it's science!" So, go out there, follow the cosmic breadcrumbs, and remember, Neptune in Pisces has got your back...or at least, it would if it had hands.Pluto is in Capricorn
Pluto is retrograde at 28 Cap 26' 54", moving backwards at 0.02 degrees per day, and is 5078890955km away and receding.
Pluto Is In Capricorn
Pluto In Capricorn: A Cosmic Time Travel
Great Scott! Buckle up, space cadets, because we're going for a ride 5,078,860,434.98km away and back to the future. Pluto, our far-flung ex-planet, has taken a retrograde spin in Capricorn. If you’re thinking, "Wait, wasn't Pluto demoted?" Well, yes, but in the astro-world, we're all about inclusivity. Even if you're a tiny, icy rock orbiting at the edge of the solar system, you're still vital in the cosmic dance.
Now, when Pluto and Capricorn pair up, they're like Doc Brown and Marty McFly in a DeLorean, hyper-focused on their mission. They're all about power and success, but hey, remember how Marty's compassion for his parents drastically changed the timeline in the original 1985? So, don’t sideline your empathy while you're chasing those big dreams or you might end up in a Biff-controlled dystopia!
Pluto is basically the Marie Kondo of planets. It wants us to look at our life, hold each habit close, and ask, "Does this spark joy?" If not, time to jettison that sucker right out the airlock. But remember, this ain't about creating a black hole in your life. Nah, it’s about constructive destruction. So, break out those proton packs, and let’s do some controlled bustin’!
Remember, folks, your future hasn't been written yet. So make it a good one, and may your stars always align!
