The Solar System at a Glance
Solar wind parameters, as measured by the DSCOVR spacecraft, reflected mostly nominal conditions. Total magnetic field strength was between 1-6 nT. No significant periods of southward Bz were observed. Solar wind speeds ranged from 340-380 km/s. Phi angle was predominantly oriented in the negative sector.
There is a 15% chance of solar activity, with a 1% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.
