Solar activity was very low. Slight growth was observed in Region 2757 (N03E14, Bxo/beta), which produced weak B-class activity during the period. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently normal.
There are no planets in retrograde!
The Solar System at a Glance
Solar wind parameters were at nominal levels with solar wind speed between 265-350 km/s. Total field ranged from 1-6 nT while the Bz component was between +/-4 nT. Phi angle was mostly oriented in a positive (away) sector with deviations into a negative (towards) sector between 25/0434-0945 and 1242-1427 UTC.
There is a 15% chance of solar activity, with a 1% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.
