Basically don’t do anything that requires communicating, sealing the deal, travel or otherwise during this cycle. I’m sure that’s going to be acceptable when you call into work. Or, you could take the more rational approach and recognize that if you do notice a lot of things really wonking up, maybe those things could stand being corrected inasmuch as you can from your end of things.

Spazzing out is a pretty common thing during a Uranus retrograde because self expression seems much more important. The thing is, while standard pat advice is to “be yourself”, nobody actually wants that. Sometimes, this is because you’re just a jerk but other times, it’s because they’re not comfortable. Is that really your problem? Well, that’s a question you need to answer, not someone else.

We get one Neptune retrograde a year but it lasts for a little over 5 months. If you have had areas of your life where you’re not being quite as honest with yourself as you should be- you might be getting your cognitive dissonance thumped pretty hard. Lies, no matter how many people tell them, no matter how much you try to convince yourself otherwise: are not the truth. Neptune retrograde is usually a time when the truth comes stomping on in and whether you sit down and look at it or not is entirely up to you.

Solar wind parameters were enhanced at L1. It is unclear if this enhancement is a result of a negative polarity CH HSS, a slow-moving transient, or both. Nonetheless the solar wind environment is disturbed. Wind speeds increased from around 315 km/s to just shy of 400 km/s around 11/1300 UTC. Winds then leveled off around 365 km/s for the remainder of the day. The day began with phi oriented in a positive solar sector before changing into a negative sector. This change in phi happened after field strength was already agitated, which lends itself to this activity being the result of a weak transient, rather than the CH HSS, which had been forecast. Field strength peaked at 11 nT once in a negative solar sector, and Bz underwent a maximum southward deflection of -11 nT. Field strength remained elevated through the end of the day.
